I demanded my girlfriends saxophone from her because she has not ever had it adjusted or oiled, so I am giving it a full Clean/Oil/Adjust with a pad freshening (replacing pads that are sprung shut). A couple of keys are missing corks or have very loud corks somehow… so I am thinning the cork and adding a layer of ultrasuede.
