Building wooden saxophone stand
Video coming soon
The hardest part about practicing is just opening the case. I originally built this to remove this problem for myself while removing the wasp-like appearance of my hercules stands from my living room. They don’t exactly fit the decor at home so it provided a really enjoyable challenge and a chance to experiment with exotic wood at this local retailer I have been curious about.
I built this alto sax stand using the following materials:
- Zebrawood
- Butternut? turning blank
- Walnut wood stain
- Polyurethane
- 1 Roberston Screw
- Soft carpet
- Hot glue
