This is a gorgeous example of this saxophone to me. It seems to have just the right amount of lacquer wear to date it and indicate a happy life.
The condition of the sax is fine; it could use some tone hole levelling and mechanical adjustment to get it in top shape, but it functions well after the play-condition repair I gave it. Two pads were replaced, the bell was straightened, the low B key was not able to bottom out on the tone hole because of a problem linked to the G# key.
